BRILLIANT. Having been a professional blind salesman and fitter many years ago, I was highly delighted to find how simple and easy it was to order from English Blinds. My experience with the recent order I placed, could not have been better. There was a slight delay in delivery, but being that I ordered them just before Christmas, I had allowed for that. The quality was better than expected for the cost. When I used to sell and fit, the only issues I had with customers were when they gave me measurements, and when problems arose, it was found that they had not measured correctly. Brilliant service from ordering to receiving the blind. I doubted the colour of the blind, so I called and spoke to customer services who were super helpful and sent out samples. I then sent an email saying I was happy with the colour - the order came out a few days later and the blind is up! Clear instructions on how to fit. Definitely recommended.
Website is easy to use, as is facility to order samples. Blind arrived quickly and well packaged, exactly as ordered. This is the third time I've used English Blinds and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
