More than satisfied with the blind - easy to assemble and sets the room off perfectly

Very satisfied with the ordering process, ordered just before the COVID-19 outbreak so some delay was understandable. Extremely satisfied with the quality of the blind and the ease of fitting. Definitely recommend English Blinds and would use them again.
When I'd decided which pattern I liked best, I then thought, ah, now I've got to get the exact measurement of each window. Not being too sure about this, I thought I'd ring English Blinds, and ask their advice on how to measure properly. They couldn't have been more helpful. They talked me through the whole process, I followed their advice exactly. Within a few days, they were delivered to me.

Excellent service from placing the order and then being notified when the blinds were in production to when they were being dispatched. They arrived within the quoted time frame as well. We got 4 of the diamond grain white blinds which are fitted in our bay and complete with the pelmets are absolutely first class. We would use them again and most definitely recommend to friends and family.
I believe English Blinds are an old-fashioned business with a modern profile, they put service and the customer first, which a lot of modern companies don't. They are helpful and supportive and the quality of their products cannot be disputed.
No improvements needed. Excellent service and the blind was just what we wanted.
