We are very happy with the complete service offered by English Blinds. The free samples arrived very quickly, allowing us to make the correct choice of blind. We were notified when it went into production and when it would arrive. Can't fault the service. Very impressed with everything, especially the quality and measuring instructions. amazing customer service from start to end. I had a technical issue with my order but they sorted it all out for me. They reply quickly to emails and calls. 1 blind had been damaged in transit and again they sorted this very quickly. The made-to-measure blinds fit the window recesses perfectly. Amazing quality, price and service.
Great company and quick dispatch. I ordered a new replacement blind for one damaged blind bought previously from another company. English Blinds sent me a FREE sample 1st class so I could match it up with the others to make sure the one I would be buying was exactly the same, and it was. I bought it online and it arrived via DPD about 5 days later. Excellent.
