Excellent throughout, answered my questions very quickly, blinds arrived within stated time with prior notification.

I ordered 3 blinds of different sizes over the internet, then my builder told me that the measurements for one blind had to be altered. English Blinds were very helpful and understanding, holding the order until I could confirm the correct measurements.
