A sample was ordered and it arrived in 24 hours. The customer helpline was answered promptly and the member of staff was polite and was able to answer technical questions. The blind was delivered quickly. It is of very good quality and the instructions for installation were easy to follow.

I made a mess ordering the blinds then the colours I ordered were no longer available and then the logistics company said they had delivered the blinds when they had not!
