My order arrived within 3 days approx. 1 blind was damaged in transit, English blinds responded within 24 hours after sending pictures of the damage. A replacement was sent and received within 2 working days. Good quality blinds and really happy with the customer service received and will use the company again.

All three blinds are exactly true to size, and the fabric is pleasingly aligned the same along the pattern in all three blinds.
