Overall a great experience, ordering was an easy process, once I had measured about 6 times to be certain lol Received email updates as appropriate throughout the process, including dispatch with tracking info. When the order arrived I thought OMG that looks huge, but it was the packaging which was very good. The blind fitted perfectly and was the colour ordered, fitting wasn't a problem, good instructions were included. Due to the size of our windows, we could not buy standard-size wooden blinds so had to get them made to measure. I have to admit I was a little sceptical ordering them online, but we have fitted them today and my husband and I are so pleased with them. English blinds offer larger sizes than most and in addition to the quality, delivery and customer service online contact was also great.
A good tailor-made product. Simple to install.
