This is the first time I've bought blinds online. The whole service was very good. I requested and was sent samples free of charge. I followed measuring instructions from the website and ordered 3 of differing sizes, one being very wide. They came made up in less than a week and securely packaged. The measurements we gave resulted in blinds which fitted exactly. We also chose samples which were a decent size and proved very helpful as patterns and colours are not always the same as shown on the internet. The service was wonderful and we would have no hesitation using English Blinds again.
