These are great blinds - I bought one for my new bathroom and liked it so much I got another for my home office. I got the white faux wood grain effect, which is really nice. My order arrived within 3 days approx. 1 blind was damaged in transit, English blinds responded within 24 hours after sending pictures of the damage. A replacement was sent and received within 2 working days. Good quality blinds and really happy with the customer service received and will use the company again.
The blind is fantastic. There was a slight mix-up with the delivery company but that was sorted out fast, and the blind turned up the next morning.
