This is our second order from this excellent company and both times we have had excellent service. We were told that there was a potential problem with the fabric for our latest order, and sent a photo so that we could understand the issue. Based on this we decided to carry on and we are very pleased with the finished blinds, which arrived sooner than expected too. Clearly, every effort was made to minimise the problem.

Ours was a relatively simple order for two roller blinds, but the measuring and ordering process was easy to follow and complete. Confirmation e-mails with expected timescales were helpful and our blinds arrived in perfect condition three days later. They also fit perfectly and look fabulous so we're very pleased!

Very pleased with the blind. Good quality together with all the necessary fixtures and fittings. It looks really great. So impressed, we intend to order another one for the bedroom after the Christmas holiday. We were kept advised of the production date and delivery date and the blind arrived on time.
