I found the service to be almost faultless. The fabric samples arrived quickly, the blinds were easy to order online with clear measuring instructions, and they arrived quickly and look great. A trouble-free purchase.
Gorgeous blind, looks lovely in the kitchen
I placed an order via the online portal, the process was quick and simple. However, there was an issue with the availability of the fabric I had ordered (it was not available in the width we had ordered) English Blinds rang me the next day and explained the problem. We then chose and ordered a different blind (more expensive) but with no financial penalty. The blind arrived within 3 days, and it looks brilliant in our kitchen. Fantastic service and we would not hesitate to use English Blinds again.

The measurements we gave resulted in blinds which fitted exactly. We also chose samples which were a decent size and proved very helpful as patterns and colours are not always the same as shown on the internet. The service was wonderful and we would have no hesitation using English Blinds again.
