The website was easy to negotiate and the instructions on how to measure your windows were spot on. Ordering was easy and the blinds arrived well within the time stated. Aside from the extremely high quality blind, I had such fantastic customer service when an adjustment was required (my error entirely!) I went back and ordered for another bathroom. The waterproof material looks very stylish. Very pleased all round.
