Due to Covid it took some time to receive my first order however I was very happy with the quality and service. On the second order, I mistakenly ordered the incorrect wall fittings, when I contacted English Blinds they immediately dispatched the correct fittings at no cost. They are of a very good quality. I did have a slight problem with the larger blind, but a small part arrived the next day. Good customer service and I rate very highly.
