Extremely good service from start to finish! I ordered a sample first which arrived (respectable size) within a day. The website and the 'How to measure options' were explained clearly, so easy to do. The website is very user friendly so easy to submit your measurements. The blind arrived within the time frame specified and was packaged neatly using a limited amount of cardboard.

The blind arrived very securely packaged in its sturdy tubular container within the timescale specified. Fitting could not have been easier.
