Very quick turnaround from placing the order and the time it's made and delivered. Confirmation is sent to let you know the stages in which your order is at. Great place to have your blinds made. We followed the easy measuring instructions which accompanied the sample I requested and ordered online. I received acknowledgement of my order and confirmation when it was in production and then when it was dispatched, all this was within 4 days.
