Very reliable service, by phone and email. Samples arrived the next day. Order fulfilled when promised, very well packed, all items included. The previous order was installed by the company fitter, but this service is not available now due to the lockdown. I was a little nervous about self-measuring and installing but managed OK. We had some blinds made for our cattery. One set of Venetian blinds for the kitchen and 2 sets for the office in metallic blue. They look lovely up, fit perfectly and appear to be good quality. Very happy with the purchase.
