The blinds are excellent, much better than I expected. They look lovely and fit perfectly. The service was excellent, I was kept up to date with the order process and when they would be delivered, even down to the hour. Would definitely recommend them. Really good value and free delivery.

Blinds arrived in about a week (2 bank holidays in the middle so may have been quicker without them). Fittings are metal instead of plastic on some blinds so should be pretty strong. Easy to fit with supplied plugs and screws.

Fantastic customer service, we had ordered the wrong size and this was dealt with very efficiently. Also the products are good quality and arrived promptly.
