Lovely blinds. Customer service was very good. They notified me when the blinds would be delivered. The quality is brilliant.
Excellent service. The only supplier I could find that would fit a shallow recess under 60mm with 50mm wooden blinds. All other companies had a head risk with a depth of at least 75mm. Received my blinds within 5 days and look beautiful. Thanks!
The Blinds were of good quality and at a very reasonable price. We had a fault with one of the blinds, but they did not quibble about it and after sending them pictures showing the fault they supplied us with a new replacement blind. We would recommend them to others.

Brilliant service from ordering to receiving the blind. I doubted the colour of the blind, so I called and spoke to customer services who were super helpful and sent out samples. I then sent an email saying I was happy with the colour - the order came out a few days later and the blind is up! Clear instructions on how to fit. Definitely recommended.
Aside from the extremely high quality blind, I had such fantastic customer service when an adjustment was required (my error entirely!) I went back and ordered for another bathroom. The waterproof material looks very stylish. Very pleased all round.
