When we ordered, the website was very clear as to how to measure etc. Blinds delivered well packaged with clear instructions and good quality brackets. This is a great service with a huge selection of blinds to choose from. The quality is excellent not to mention the prices while the whole ordering process from start to finish was made very easy indeed. I only wish I had known about English Blinds several years ago as it would have saved me a lot of money and hassle.
