Easy website to use, blind arrived as promised, blind fitted precisely, perfect, what more can I say!!

I am satisfied with my lovely blind. It was a good price as I got a discount. The communications with this firm are very good having several ways to contact them, including a proper phone number. I can definitely recommend you take a look if you require a window blind.

We are extremely happy with our three new blinds. The order was fulfilled in good time and we were kept well informed of the progress of our order. They were delivered on time and were well packaged. We found them easy to install and they look great.

The website was clear and simple to use with lots of choices. Ordered the blinds and communication was excellent about delivery. However, and this is where English blinds REALLY excelled, the delivery company had damaged the blinds. Despite them being excellently packed, it looked as if the DPD van had driven over the tube and completely trashed the blinds. A quick call to English Blinds and they immediately started to re-produce the blinds without even seeing them returned. The second set arrived perfectly safe and sound and just in time to have them fitted before the tenants moved in. Absolutely excellent service.

Easy to order. I have a large window which they could make blinds for (other companies could not). Arrived when they said. Very pleased with the quality and look. Will definitely order from this company again.
