Very reliable service, by phone and email. Samples arrived the next day. Order fulfilled when promised, very well packed, all items included. The previous order was installed by the company fitter, but this service is not available now due to the lockdown. I was a little nervous about self-measuring and installing but managed OK. I loved the ease of using the website and ordering was simple. My chosen blinds were in the sale and then there was a further discount at checkout. The postage was very reasonable, but the best part is grumpy hubby couldn't believe how easy they were to fit!! It's not often things go so right, I'd happily buy again from these people.
