Absolutely amazing service from English Blinds. We received our six blinds on the date promised and were over the moon with the quality of them as the prices were so reasonable. However, we had a slight crack in one of the blinds, but after emailing and letting customer services know, they sent out a replacement within two days with no bother at all. This is the second time I have ordered from English Blinds and yet again fantastic service with samples arriving quickly after ordering, helping us to choose the right colour. The blind was delivered well packaged and it looks great in the bathroom. The only problem now is trying to decide what colour to have in the bedroom. Can't recommend them enough.
