Had a bit of trouble getting the discount knocked off at checkout but that could have been my fault. However, the problem was sorted out by an extremely helpful young lady on the phone. I am extremely pleased with my blind it is lovely and fits perfectly. English blinds sent me a sample of the fabric to test out at home and on the strength of that I ordered 3 blinds for my kitchen windows. The website blind calculator was easy to use and worked out a price immediately. My husband hung the blinds easily and they look great.

Although I ordered online, English Blinds customer service over the phone was very helpful, as was their response by email too. I had ordered a 2m made-to-measure roller blind from them some 6 years ago and wanted to replace it like for like. Luckily, I had kept my confirmation email so knew the size I needed but used customer services to double-check. I ordered just before the Jubilee weekend so expected my order to take a little longer but kept up-to-date with the progress, plus from Parcel Force who were used as couriers. Extremely happy with my order and the design I chose, Savio Charcoal, is perfect for my kitchen. I would recommend this company for your window blinds needs.

Great quality and an excellent free sample service. The blinds were made and delivered quickly, and packaged safely at a reasonable price, I couldn't ask for more. This is my first-time using this company, but it won't be my last and I will be recommending them to my friends.
