This is our second order from this excellent company and both times we have had excellent service. We were told that there was a potential problem with the fabric for our latest order, and sent a photo so that we could understand the issue. Based on this we decided to carry on and we are very pleased with the finished blinds, which arrived sooner than expected too. Clearly, every effort was made to minimise the problem.
The website provided clear instructions about how to measure the window area accurately. This helped me to ensure I could order the correct size of the blind in the first place. There was a wide variety of fabrics to choose from. I am very pleased with my new blind.
