Overall a great experience, ordering was an easy process, once I had measured about 6 times to be certain lol Received email updates as appropriate throughout the process, including dispatch with tracking info. When the order arrived I thought OMG that looks huge, but it was the packaging which was very good. The blind fitted perfectly and was the colour ordered, fitting wasn't a problem, good instructions were included. Excellent service from placing the order and then being notified when the blinds were in production to when they were being dispatched. They arrived within the quoted time frame as well. We got 4 of the diamond grain white blinds which are fitted in our bay and complete with the pelmets are absolutely first class. We would use them again and most definitely recommend to friends and family.
