They reply quickly to emails and calls. 1 blind had been damaged in transit and again they sorted this very quickly. The made-to-measure blinds fit the window recesses perfectly. Excellent blinds, very good quality materials used. The brackets provided are strong and also a few for the middle of the blind - mine was over 2 meters wide. Looks good from the outside and inside. Easy to fix. Would definitely recommend
