First-class service. A member of the company phoned to raise a query about my selection of fabric because it wasn't wide enough for the size of blind I needed. VERY helpful and were able to make the blind with my 2nd choice of fabric. The order arrived quite quickly, protected inside strong packaging. Excellent manufacture and it fitted easily despite being so long. Would happily recommend them without a moment's hesitation. I have in fact already done so.
We were looking for a blind to suit our newly refurbished and decorated kitchen and found just the one we wanted online with English Blinds. The ordering process was easy, with handy guides on how to measure the window recess and I liked that you could use inches, centimetres, or millimetres. Delivery was prompt, I think it took 3 days from order to delivery and we were kept informed every step of the process. All in all, it was a great service and the blind is well made and of excellent quality. I would certainly recommend this company to my family and friends

Although my blind order couldn't be dispatched in full due to stock issues with the supplier, the customer service and communication from English Blinds could not have been better. Always willing to discuss the order and update as requested, very helpful.
