Very impressed with the service received and the speed of the whole order process. The made-to-measure blind I received was perfect.
As the blinds have only been up a few days, I can only comment on how easy they were to fit and that they are an asset to all the rooms they are in. As soon as we have finished decorating the other rooms I will be ordering more. Ordering was simple and I was happy with delivery time. Definitely would recommend to family and friends.
Very happy customer! Purchased a blind for the bathroom which always gets sprayed by the shower and to replace a wooden one (different company) which hasn't survived the damp well. Very happy, it's well made, fitted perfectly and great value! Easy to order, with helpful guidance on measuring and delivered promptly. Next time we need a blind I know where I'm coming.

Although I ordered online, English Blinds customer service over the phone was very helpful, as was their response by email too. I had ordered a 2m made-to-measure roller blind from them some 6 years ago and wanted to replace it like for like. Luckily, I had kept my confirmation email so knew the size I needed but used customer services to double-check. I ordered just before the Jubilee weekend so expected my order to take a little longer but kept up-to-date with the progress, plus from Parcel Force who were used as couriers. Extremely happy with my order and the design I chose, Savio Charcoal, is perfect for my kitchen. I would recommend this company for your window blinds needs.
