A really good value Venetian blind at a fraction of the cost of some 'upmarket' providers. The quality and choice are excellent. The fittings and instructions were comprehensive. I'm used to DIY, but if you're not, you may need assistance. Making the fittings secure and level is crucial if the blind is to hang and operate correctly.

I was very impressed with the additional help I received along the way. It was suggested by a very charming lady that I should order samples before making my final choice. This was very easy to do online, and an excellent idea. Once ordered, the blind arrived promptly and well packaged. The instructions for installing it were very clear and I am delighted with the result.
