I ordered from English Blinds as they offer a made to measure service and I had been having problems finding one the right size. I was certainly not disappointed!! The blind is beautiful, was easy to put up and arrived quicker than I had expected. I would definitely order from them again as they offer such excellent quality.

Initially found English Blinds via Google. Requested a couple of samples which were received quickly, and the ordering of the actual blind was very simple. Delivery was made within a week and I have found the quality to be very good.
The website was clear and simple to use with lots of choices. Ordered the blinds and communication was excellent about delivery. However, and this is where English blinds REALLY excelled, the delivery company had damaged the blinds. Despite them being excellently packed, it looked as if the DPD van had driven over the tube and completely trashed the blinds. A quick call to English Blinds and they immediately started to re-produce the blinds without even seeing them returned. The second set arrived perfectly safe and sound and just in time to have them fitted before the tenants moved in. Absolutely excellent service.
