The whole process has been a good one. It was very helpful to receive some samples to assist us in our decision making. Excellent service. We ordered a roller blind, their ordering system explained clearly how to measure our window in order to have the correct size made up. Once ordered it arrived in less than a week. Easy instructions to follow, fits our kitchen window perfectly.
