This is our second order from this excellent company and both times we have had excellent service. We were told that there was a potential problem with the fabric for our latest order, and sent a photo so that we could understand the issue. Based on this we decided to carry on and we are very pleased with the finished blinds, which arrived sooner than expected too. Clearly, every effort was made to minimise the problem.
The vertical blinds are exactly as required, well made with a quick dispatch, and well packaged. Kept advised of delivery date and time.
