We followed the easy measuring instructions which accompanied the sample I requested and ordered online. I received acknowledgement of my order and confirmation when it was in production and then when it was dispatched, all this was within 4 days. I found them on the internet and intended to use their online ordering service but as I lived close to their premises went to the site to look at the samples We ordered there and then as the staff were very helpful and could supply exactly what I required.
