My experience with English Blinds was first class despite some initial problems trying to select a different tape width on their website. One phone call to Customer Services was all that was needed to resolve this and she also went the extra mile to help me select my blind. The delivery was swift. Very pleased with our two blinds. As an aside, although we received a dispatch email on Friday, we didn't receive an email with tracking information. However, this didn't matter as the blinds arrived early on Monday morning. We would recommend English Blinds.
