Outstanding service, we've ordered three custom-made blinds so far, all have arrived in the stated time and were the right size and came with the right fittings. The quality is very nice too, with a lovely smooth action. Being able to customize the size, and the side of the controls makes it perfect. And they're not even expensive!
I found the website easy to navigate, ordering was not complicated, good communication on delivery (which was quick) and I am highly satisfied with the product. Will certainly recommend to others.
Once again the quality of the product was superb. I placed the order on 25th May and received it on the 3rd of June two days early. The service was excellent. You ask if there are areas where you could make improvements. As far as I can see there are none. I always say that if a system isn't broken don't fix it. Once again thanks for a class product.

I ordered my roller blind a few months ago but have only just fitted it. It is a perfect fit and looks the business! Thought the service given, from receiving samples to delivery, was excellent.
Very satisfied with my blind. I needed a waterproof blind for my bathroom. There was a great variety to choose from and samples arrived very quickly. My blind arrived 5 days later, is of good quality and fits perfectly. I would definitely recommend English Blinds and will use them again.
