I am very pleased with the service and customer communication. The blind is of very good quality and at an exceedingly good price, considering made to measure. The blind was exactly as described and arrived on the date specified. Was well packaged. I did require customer support and the guy was a very good communicator and resolved my concerns about the blind. He was supportive and very helpful.
