Very pleased with our blinds, my husband measured them wrongly so had to send two back. They were returned very quickly and no charge for cutting them down, so their customer service is excellent. I would recommend them.
Very easy to order online with a wide choice of colours and patterns. The blind was made to the exact measurements given. Clear instructions and easy to fit. I'd recommend the company for made-to-measure blinds.
We ordered 4 faux wood blinds for our new home and even though the order took a few extra days to arrive due to the company having issues because of COVID-19 they were well worth waiting for. The instructions for installing were clear, the blinds are very well made and the fixtures and good quality too. We contacted customer services about the delay in the order and they were very helpful. We were very pleased and are now planning to order more blinds for the back of the house.
