The samples we requested were delivered very quickly. When we visited the office, the lady was very helpful in getting more samples. The order process was efficient and the help we received from Gemma was excellent. The blinds were available to collect quickly and we are very happy with the products. They were relatively easy to fit which was good. Overall, very happy.

Ordered Monday and delivered Friday, for which I'm grateful. Very well-packed. I also rang the office and was given helpful advice about measuring. The blind for a bathroom is a heavy quality vinyl and there is a little catch to attach to the wall that the drawcord passes through so it doesn't get tangled. Another good thing is that I was sent about 10 samples before buying to help me decide. What I wanted at first would have been totally unsuitable.

There was a really good choice of patterns. The one we chose was exactly as we expected from the website pictures and the sample we ordered. The samples came quickly. Our order arrived at the scheduled time. I would definitely use this company again.
