Blinds arrived in about a week (2 bank holidays in the middle so may have been quicker without them). Fittings are metal instead of plastic on some blinds so should be pretty strong. Easy to fit with supplied plugs and screws.

To be honest I don't think you could improve the service, you have it all covered! I will certainly be getting all my blinds from English blinds in the future. Many thanks.
