I was sceptical about ordering online but these are absolutely spot on! They fit exactly as I wanted without the hassle of cutting down etc. The quality is very good and the fittings seem to be a step above the generic cut-to-size blinds. Gonna definitely check these guys out again when we're looking for more blinds

Vinyl blinds for kitchen. Finally, found a company that knows how to produce top-quality blinds. Ordering was very easy, the product and workmanship were extremely good, the blinds were very well packaged and fitting was easy. The website was clear and simple to use with lots of choices. Ordered the blinds and communication was excellent about delivery. However, and this is where English blinds REALLY excelled, the delivery company had damaged the blinds. Despite them being excellently packed, it looked as if the DPD van had driven over the tube and completely trashed the blinds. A quick call to English Blinds and they immediately started to re-produce the blinds without even seeing them returned. The second set arrived perfectly safe and sound and just in time to have them fitted before the tenants moved in. Absolutely excellent service.

We ordered 5 roller blinds which arrived promptly, were well made and easy to fit. Good value for money. One blind had been made up with the pull cord on the opposite side to what we wanted but the aftersales service on the phone was very helpful and said they could change it if we wanted. However, it was a simple job to change it ourselves after he told us how to do it - Thanks for the tips which saved time and messing about with replacements. This is the second time we have used English Blinds - we always shop where we are well looked after!
