The blind was exactly as described and arrived on the date specified. Was well packaged. I did require customer support and the guy was a very good communicator and resolved my concerns about the blind. He was supportive and very helpful. Absolutely fabulous blind and excellent customer service throughout. The pattern, colour and quality of the whole blind exceeded my expectations and looks so lovely in our bedroom. It is a wide blind, 235cm, so English Blinds suggested having the fabric turned 90 degrees to fit our window. This has worked really well. I will be ordering again for another window as I am so impressed all around.
