Very reliable service, by phone and email. Samples arrived the next day. Order fulfilled when promised, very well packed, all items included. The previous order was installed by the company fitter, but this service is not available now due to the lockdown. I was a little nervous about self-measuring and installing but managed OK. I was extremely pleased with the excellent service and product provided by English Blinds. The samples were sent out very quickly and the ordering, making and delivery were second to none. Although initially we weren't going to fit them ourselves, with the easy to follow instructions we managed and they look great. I would recommend them to anyone.
Blind is great, much better than the cheap looking ready-made ones you get at the supermarkets, very good quality.
