I had a slight difficulty with the availability of my choice of fabric but was resolved very quickly by telephone and my order was underway. Arrived by courier and I am delighted with my blinds. Aside from the extremely high quality blind, I had such fantastic customer service when an adjustment was required (my error entirely!) I went back and ordered for another bathroom. The waterproof material looks very stylish. Very pleased all round.
