BRILLIANT. Having been a professional blind salesman and fitter many years ago, I was highly delighted to find how simple and easy it was to order from English Blinds. My experience with the recent order I placed, could not have been better. There was a slight delay in delivery, but being that I ordered them just before Christmas, I had allowed for that. The quality was better than expected for the cost. When I used to sell and fit, the only issues I had with customers were when they gave me measurements, and when problems arose, it was found that they had not measured correctly. The vertical blinds were very good and the price was good. Overall it was excellent value for the money. Each blind fitted perfectly in its window. The quality of the louvres was very good and everything that should have been included was there with clear instructions on how to fit and also problem-solving tips. Delivery was on time and overall I would happily purchase again and also recommend them to anyone.
