Due to Covid it took some time to receive my first order however I was very happy with the quality and service. On the second order, I mistakenly ordered the incorrect wall fittings, when I contacted English Blinds they immediately dispatched the correct fittings at no cost. I'm very happy with their service and support.
I would like to say I have received excellent service from these guys. The blind arrived days after it was ordered and excellent quality, just what we wanted. The fixing brackets at first didn't appear to have been included so I phoned them and they agreed to send a further supply no quibble first class the same day. My husband then found the original in the other packaging! I would thoroughly recommend them and will certainly use them for my next purchase.
The quality of the product is excellent. They were made to order and delivered very quickly. We reordered the same ones from 5 years ago using the measurements from the old order form and they fitted perfectly into the old fittings. Really pleased with our order.
