Excellent quality and delivered on time. These blinds are exactly what we wanted. The only thing I would say is that these need medium DIY skills to install, especially if they are large. From start to finish ordering a blackout blind from English Blinds was an excellent service. The blind was delivered on time, was a perfect fit, easy to assemble and looks great. So pleased I'm about to order another.
Due to Covid it took some time to receive my first order however I was very happy with the quality and service. On the second order, I mistakenly ordered the incorrect wall fittings, when I contacted English Blinds they immediately dispatched the correct fittings at no cost. I'm very happy with their service and support.
