Blinds arrived promptly, exactly the right size. Easy to fit. This is the second order of blinds we have had, that's five blinds in total, very happy.

Ordered blinds for my bay window, the blinds arrived within four days but unfortunately, the centre window blind was too wide and the side ones were perfect. Rang their customer service and they apologised and said they would send me another one which I received within a couple of days. The blinds are of good quality and look amazing on our window. Then I ordered some more blinds for the rest of the windows. Would recommend.
