I was also amazed at their attention to me as a customer, by informing me when production was started and despatched. It arrived well-packaged with a tracking notice. I have never used this Company before, BUT I am really impressed. I have a very large kitchen window 92 wide and was advised by my daughter to try English Blinds. Well, the delivery was quick and on time and the blind is beautiful, many thanks. I will certainly order from them again and will tell friends too
Very reliable service, by phone and email. Samples arrived the next day. Order fulfilled when promised, very well packed, all items included. The previous order was installed by the company fitter, but this service is not available now due to the lockdown. I was a little nervous about self-measuring and installing but managed OK. Very pleased with the experience. Thank you. Highly recommended.
