I was most impressed with their care and customer service. Dealt with them a few times by e-mail and phone, always a pleasure. Loved my vertical blinds so ordered venetian blinds. They too are lovely. I think both types were great value for money.
I ordered made-to-measure blinds for my summerhouse, they arrived as specified, but I wrongly ordered a recess fitting. This was no problem all I had to do was to send the valance fronts back to have them cut so the valance returns fitted, this was done within a couple of days. Excellent quality and outstanding service.

I was extremely happy with the spring-loaded roller blinds when they arrived. They were robust, well made and easy to put up. The measurements were precise giving a perfect fit. Remember to ensure you provide your dimensions according to their instructions! The price was amazingly good, as were customer relations and delivery. We shopped around for ages online to get the cheapest price and these were the best prices around, so pleased with them. We were very nervous about buying blinds online as you never know what you are going to get and if it will fit etc. But came very quickly in excellent condition and was the perfect fit with easy instructions to help fit them which didn't take long either. The blind looks very expensive and lovely now it's up. I'm very happy with them and will be using English blinds again. Thank you for my wooden blinds, I'm over the moon with them.
