I would like to say I have received excellent service from these guys. The blind arrived days after it was ordered and excellent quality, just what we wanted. The fixing brackets at first didn't appear to have been included so I phoned them and they agreed to send a further supply no quibble first class the same day. My husband then found the original in the other packaging! I would thoroughly recommend them and will certainly use them for my next purchase.
The vertical blinds were very good and the price was good. Overall it was excellent value for the money. Each blind fitted perfectly in its window. The quality of the louvres was very good and everything that should have been included was there with clear instructions on how to fit and also problem-solving tips. The whole process was really simple. We first ordered a few samples then when we had decided on the fabric measured the windows, submitted the measurements and waited! The blinds arrived within a few days of ordering them. Easy to fit and now gracing our bathroom, they look great.
