Very impressed with this very wide blackout blind. I admit that I was anxious about ordering this sort of product online but it has all been trouble-free and very easy to put in place by myself. I followed the measuring instructions provided and Bingo, it was a perfect fit. I would therefore recommend this quality product and the service without any reservation whatsoever. Very, very happy with the product. The pattern on the blind had continuity and I have been pleasantly surprised with the overall procedure.
I placed an order via the online portal, the process was quick and simple. However, there was an issue with the availability of the fabric I had ordered (it was not available in the width we had ordered) English Blinds rang me the next day and explained the problem. We then chose and ordered a different blind (more expensive) but with no financial penalty. The blind arrived within 3 days, and it looks brilliant in our kitchen. Fantastic service and we would not hesitate to use English Blinds again.
