They were very happy to assist during the lockdown, communication was excellent and sent me different brackets after I realised the wrong ones were ordered by me - also free of charge. Well-made blinds delivered when stated
Ours was a relatively simple order for two roller blinds, but the measuring and ordering process was easy to follow and complete. Confirmation e-mails with expected timescales were helpful and our blinds arrived in perfect condition three days later. They also fit perfectly and look fabulous so we're very pleased!
