The whole process was quick and easy. The hardest part was deciding on which fabric to choose from the extensive list! Delivery was also quicker than expected and the blind fitted perfectly so all told, an excellent experience.
My order arrived within 3 days approx. 1 blind was damaged in transit, English blinds responded within 24 hours after sending pictures of the damage. A replacement was sent and received within 2 working days. Good quality blinds and really happy with the customer service received and will use the company again.

We ordered a sample of the blind we wanted which arrived within 24 hours. We then measured the blind according to the website instructions which were very easy to follow.
