No improvements are needed. The blind was made to my specifications. Communication was detailed from the receipt of the order to posting and delivery. I was extremely happy with the spring-loaded roller blinds when they arrived. They were robust, well made and easy to put up. The measurements were precise giving a perfect fit. Remember to ensure you provide your dimensions according to their instructions! The price was amazingly good, as were customer relations and delivery. The blind was delivered when promised, is very well and strongly made and was easy to install (about 15 minutes, including finding my tools, taking down the old blind and drilling new holes etc.) Would certainly use this company again, if needed, and recommend it without hesitation.
