The whole process has been a good one. It was very helpful to receive some samples to assist us in our decision making. First-class service. A member of the company phoned to raise a query about my selection of fabric because it wasn't wide enough for the size of blind I needed. VERY helpful and were able to make the blind with my 2nd choice of fabric. The order arrived quite quickly, protected inside strong packaging. Excellent manufacture and it fitted easily despite being so long. Would happily recommend them without a moment's hesitation. I have in fact already done so.

I ordered 3 blinds of different sizes over the internet, then my builder told me that the measurements for one blind had to be altered. English Blinds were very helpful and understanding, holding the order until I could confirm the correct measurements.

Outstanding service, we've ordered three custom-made blinds so far, all have arrived in the stated time and were the right size and came with the right fittings. The quality is very nice too, with a lovely smooth action. Being able to customize the size, and the side of the controls makes it perfect. And they're not even expensive!
