They reply quickly to emails and calls. 1 blind had been damaged in transit and again they sorted this very quickly. The made-to-measure blinds fit the window recesses perfectly. I was able to order lots of samples to make sure I chose the best colour for my blinds. The samples were free and arrived very quickly delivered. The online instructions for measuring the windows were very clear and gave me confidence that the blind would fit correctly when it arrived.
