So impressed, we intend to order another one for the bedroom after the Christmas holiday. We were kept advised of the production date and delivery date and the blind arrived on time. The item was lost by the delivery company who were not any help whatsoever. I called English blinds and spoke to customer service who were very helpful and made another blind and dispatched it the same day. Now it has arrived and is fitted. Very pleased with the quality and service. Thank you.
I have ordered two blinds for two different rooms so far. The blinds are really nice, easy to fit, lovely quality and excellent value for money. The ordering is really easy and email communication is good if needed. I will be needing more blinds as the house continues to be redecorated. I will definitely be ordering them from this company. We bought a PVC waterproof roller blind for the kitchen. I took the measurements of the old one, typed them into the site and got a price. The website is excellent. When it arrived it was the right size, fitting was easy, it glides up and down and is light tight. I'm going to order another one for the door. 5 stars all the way.
