The ordering process was very straightforward and, thereafter, the customer service information was excellent. They were delivered very quickly, under continued delivery advice, and we were very pleased with the products that were easy to fit and of perfect dimensions as ordered. Overall, very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.
My order arrived within 3 days approx. 1 blind was damaged in transit, English blinds responded within 24 hours after sending pictures of the damage. A replacement was sent and received within 2 working days. Good quality blinds and really happy with the customer service received and will use the company again.
