The blind samples were easy to order and came quickly. The order also arrived very quickly and looks good but still not been put up yet due to bathroom refurbishment delays. I placed an order via the online portal, the process was quick and simple. However, there was an issue with the availability of the fabric I had ordered (it was not available in the width we had ordered) English Blinds rang me the next day and explained the problem. We then chose and ordered a different blind (more expensive) but with no financial penalty. The blind arrived within 3 days, and it looks brilliant in our kitchen. Fantastic service and we would not hesitate to use English Blinds again.

The blinds were beautifully made and finished and came with everything including screws and raw plugs for fitting. Very impressed and would definitely use English Blinds again! In fact, have been looking around at some others maybe to replace! Thank you.
