I placed an order via the online portal, the process was quick and simple. However, there was an issue with the availability of the fabric I had ordered (it was not available in the width we had ordered) English Blinds rang me the next day and explained the problem. We then chose and ordered a different blind (more expensive) but with no financial penalty. The blind arrived within 3 days, and it looks brilliant in our kitchen. Fantastic service and we would not hesitate to use English Blinds again.
Really pleased with the two roller blinds we got. The service was very helpful in determining how to measure the blinds ourselves, and it was straightforward in terms of ordering from the website. Well worth the wait as this blind looks great. It is not at all flimsy, like other blinds I have had in the past, but well made and sturdy. Will be using this company again when I decorate my next room.
I had three wooden blinds made and they are perfect. Great quality and is very easy to put up. I would use English Blinds again.
