Response to a request for samples was very quick and the ordering process was straightforward. The Company were helpful in agreeing to delay production until I confirmed the colour scheme. Delivery was prompt and the final product was high quality. Guidance for self-installation was readily provided. Overall a very stress-free experience.
I was really impressed with the customer service! I made an error when ordering the wrong colour blinds, but was reassured that all would be corrected, and when they arrived they were perfect! I would definitely recommend them. Good quality craftsmanship which is hard to find these days.
