I emailed and sorted it very quickly with their customer service, with extra information advising my order wouldn't change but they would amend it manually. We ordered a sample of the blind we wanted which arrived within 24 hours. We then measured the blind according to the website instructions which were very easy to follow. The blind was made and delivered within 3 days. The quality is excellent and the fitting was straightforward. Would certainly recommend.
