Excellent service and also an excellent product. The blinds were of a high quality and totally in keeping with the online description of the product. Measurements were spot on which is always a concern when online ordering. Essentially we got exactly what we ordered which isn't always the case when ordering online. Excellent service and excellent blinds. We have had a waterproof blind for the bathroom and two for the Kitchen from EB. We've had them for over 6 months now and have not had a single problem with mildew, and the blind fitted perfectly.

Extremely good service from start to finish! I ordered a sample first which arrived (respectable size) within a day. The website and the 'How to measure options' were explained clearly, so easy to do. The website is very user friendly so easy to submit your measurements. The blind arrived within the time frame specified and was packaged neatly using a limited amount of cardboard.
