After viewing my sample fabric I ordered the blind. It arrived approximately 3 days after ordering well packaged. Everything was great and easy to fit. It is now up looking beautiful. Very pleased with the purchase.
I wanted the two blinds I had ordered to arrive quickly, so I followed up my online order with a request via email that they be produced and dispatched as soon as possible! I received a prompt response saying that they would do their best, and the blinds arrived at my home in 2 working days which was great.
The order procedure was quick once we telephoned. We got lots of help and the operative was both polite and knowledgeable.
